Thanks to a Linkedin post I think I saw from Vanessa DiMauro, I just read the 50 Marketing Thought Leaders Over 50 List. It’s well worth the read even if you don’t find yourself on it… Here’s what jumped out at me:
- This is the era of social transparency.
- Be authentic, human. Don’t just act it.
- Listen.
- Build community.
- We’re swimming in big data. The winners will figure out how to cut through the noise to act on what’s really important for delivering a great customer experience.
