Why Kronos? The training experience you expect!

Kronos Edu Trainer SatBack in March, I wrote about how our Educational Services team had trained over 40,000 students in the past 3 years. That’s a lot of butts in seats, but what was their experience? Now I have some insight on that. In the past year, 5,200 customer trainees have responded to the instructor question in our “end of class” survey. First of all, our survey response rate is currently over 70% which is excellent, but the quality and consistency of the customer ratings in this chart is what’s really amazing. Here are a few “voice of the customer” quotes:

“I really enjoyed the instructor. She has a great personality and kept my attention.”

“Instructor did a great job, I feel a lot better about moving forward with this application.”

“The instructor was great… able to slow down when needed, speed up when needed, answered ALL questions… really was a great instructor for what could have been a dry subject.”

Yeah, workforce management can be a little dry, so what makes the Kronos training experience so great? It’s the people, of course. Instructional designers, courseware developers, the management team, and the trainers. The people on the platform delivering the content in an engaging way, and doing the little personal things that can take a customer experience to 11.

    Nice Job Leo. There are plenty more customer comments like the ones you have here in the surveys we recieve. The 10’s far outweigh any of the other scores the instructors get. It starts to make the Customer Satisfaction Program Manager start to feel like the Maytag repair man…. Roger Tremblay
